Ronnie James Dio, the second best singer for Black Sabbath. Say what you will about Dio’s lyrics, the man could sing. And he had an incredible stage presence.

Here is my Mr. X entry. I have to admit, I know next to nothing about this character. Most of the images I saw had the cityscape lit up with spotlights. So, because I love drawing buildings, that’s what I went with.
